The Corroseal® website allows users to purchase our products online. By placing an order, you authorize Corroseal® to process your payment, calculate applicable taxes and ship your order to the address specified.
Product pricing and availability are subject to change. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in response to pricing errors.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases through the site. Corroseal® makes no guarantee on international shipments clearing customs.
6. Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for online purchases. You represent that you have authorization to use the payment method supplied.
Charges will appear on your statement as Corroseal® or similar recognizable description. Contact your issuing bank for disputes or clarification, not Corroseal®.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We will make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. Provided timeframes for processing and shipping are estimates only.
Title transfers upon our shipment to customer address. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Insurance and special delivery options are available at checkout for an added fee.
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery, added fees, or order cancellation.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Corroseal® for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are granted for products returned in original condition, excluding shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA number and instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received by our warehouse, refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days.
9. Account Termination
Corroseal® reserves the right, without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason.
Site access may also be affected by factors outside our control, such as maintenance or outages. We are not liable for any damages arising from such disruptions.
